EVZ Sport AG operates the EVZ fan shop and is the contractual partner for purchases of goods concluded through the fan shop, unless another company is expressly named in the respective offer.

EVZ Sport AG endeavors to keep the information provided in the fan shop up to date, complete, and accurate.
Despite careful processing, errors, technical disruptions, or temporary discrepancies cannot be completely ruled out. The product information, prices, shipping costs, and delivery conditions displayed at the time the order is placed are binding for the order.
EVZ Sport AG may change, supplement, or remove content, functions, products, and offers in the fan shop at any time. Contracts that have already been concluded remain unaffected.

The fan shop may contain links to websites and offers provided by third parties. EVZ Sport AG has no influence over their content or design.
The respective provider is solely responsible for the content, privacy policies, availability, and security of external offers. EVZ Sport AG is only liable for external content to the extent required by mandatory statutory provisions.

The content of the fan shop, in particular texts, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, logos, product names, and trademarks, is protected by copyright, trademark law, or other applicable legal provisions.

All trademarks and other identifying marks mentioned are subject to the rights of their respective owners.

EVZ Sport AG is liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect and consequential damages is excluded.

Swiss law applies to the fan shop and this legal notice.
For consumers, the legally prescribed places of jurisdiction apply. Where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
