Delivery Area
We only deliver to addresses within Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are currently not possible.
Delivery Times
Stock items are generally delivered within three working days. Around special events such as jersey launches, Christmas or sales promotions, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand.
Personalized jerseys are individually produced to order by Conte Sports or TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG. The delivery time is generally around two weeks.
Personalized jerseys are shipped directly by the manufacturer to the specified delivery address. The shipping and delivery documents may therefore be issued in the name of «Conte Sports» or «TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG».
Delivery Costs
- Flat rate of CHF 10.00 incl. VAT for parcel shipping
- Flat rate of CHF 5.00 incl. VAT for envelope shipping
Partial Deliveries
For orders containing several stock items, partial delivery is generally not provided. The order will be shipped as soon as all stock items are available.
If an order contains both stock items and a personalized jersey, the delivery will be split:
- The stock items are shipped by EVZ or its logistics partner.

The personalized jersey is shipped directly by Conte Sports or TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG.
The individual shipments may therefore arrive at different times. No additional shipping costs are charged for the separate delivery.
